	Cost Efficient Benefit Plan (a div. of Paloma Ventures Ltd.) is based in Calgary, Alberta, serving all of Canada as a third party administrator for the Private Health Services Plan (PHSP).

WHAT IS THE COST?


		There is a $50 fee for each employee added to the plan.

		There is a one time enrollment fee of only $150
		Only 8% administration fee

The enrollment fee with Cost Efficient Benefit Plan is less than you might expect to pay for a Private Health Services Plan.

We charge a one time fee of only $150 for enrolling in the plan. You get full coverage for all your Health and Dental expenses.

Our administration fee is also very competitive. We charge only 8% for processing each claim.

You can also take advantage of our low 5% administration fee for the Private Health Services Plan (PHSP).

With each claim submitted to Cost Efficient Benefit Plan there is an 8% administration fee charged.
